Refund Policy

Online Audition Fee

• The online audition registration fee of ₹499 is strictly non-refundable.
• Once the payment is successfully made, no refund, cancellation, or transfer of the registration fee will be permitted under any circumstances.

Reason for Non-Refundable Fee

The audition fee covers:

• Online audition evaluation process
• Administrative and technical costs
• Jury review and coordination expenses

As these services are initiated immediately after registration, refunds cannot be processed.

Duplicate or Failed Payments

• In case of duplicate payment or payment failure where amount is deducted, participants must contact the organizing team with valid proof within 7 working days.
• Such cases will be reviewed, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Disqualification or Non-Selection

• Non-selection in the audition round does not qualify for a refund.
• Disqualification due to incorrect details, violation of rules, or late submission will not be eligible for any refund.

Event Cancellation

• If the competition is cancelled by the organizers due to unavoidable circumstances, the decision regarding refunds (if any) will be communicated officially.
• However, the online audition fee remains non-refundable even in such cases.

Final Decision

The decision of the organizing committee of Khajuraho Dance Competition regarding refunds shall be final and binding.
